Meet Josh

Chef Josh Homer comes to Seattle by way of Boston and New Mexico. Cooking is in his blood, his father was a chef and he spent his childhood helping with is catering business, working at a BBQ restaurant, and in the kitchen with his mother and aunts making pasta. 

After a few years as a touring musician (he’s a drummer!), he worked in esteemed kitchens like The Clocktower and Marea in New York City and Cotogna in San Francisco, before making his way to Seattle to work at Vendemmia.

At Harry’s Beach House, Josh brings a down-to-earth elegance in his cooking that highlights the best of the land and sea that make Seattle a premier dining destination. 

When he’s not in the Harry’s Beach House kitchen, you can find Josh fishing, camping, or making pasta.
